The pH of shampoo plays a crucial role in scalp health. Naturally slightly acidic, with a pH between 5 and 6, our scalp prevents the development of harmful bacteria. An ideal shampoo should therefore maintain a slightly acidic pH, around 5, in order to respect the natural balance of the scalp while combating itching, dandruff and irritation.
