Free of corticosteroids, alcohol, perfume, silicones and petrochemical derivatives, it offers a natural alternative to drug treatments for scalp psoriasis. 97% natural formula. Cortisone, alcohol and perfume free. Dermatologically tested.

• Dosage : Apply a generous layer of the cream to dry scalp, focusing on areas affected by psoriasis.
• Exposure time : Leave on for 15 to 20 minutes. The cream helps soften the plaques and gently exfoliate the scales without damaging the skin.
• Frequency : 1 to 3 times per week

A pH of 5 is essential for scalps with PSO, as it matches the skin's natural pH, helping to preserve the integrity of the skin barrier. It helps reduce irritation, maintain microbiome balance, and prevent imbalances that worsen symptoms, such as plaques and flakes.

• Dosage : Use a small amount of shampoo to gently wash the scalp, massaging gently to avoid irritation. Then shampoo again.
• Frequency : 2 to 3 times a week, ideally after applying the softening and exfoliating cream.

Step 3 - Tricho-Pure Soothing Serum

Relieves itching & rebalances the scalp

Concentrated, leave-in soothing serum specially formulated to relieve itchy, inflamed, dry, or sensitive scalps prone to PSO. Enriched with prebiotics and hyaluronic acid, it provides immediate and long-lasting relief and rebalances the scalp microbiome.

• Dosage : Apply a few drops of soothing serum directly to the affected areas of the scalp, after shampooing, on dry or slightly damp scalp. Do not rinse. Non-greasy effect.
• Frequency : Daily
