La hormonal hair loss is linked to a genetic sensitivity to androgen hormones (often called androgenic alopecia or baldness). Solutions such as transplant/PRP/mesotherapy are very effective at restoring hair density, however it is essential to adopt a post-operative protocol to maximize their long-term effects and slow down the loss of old hair, which is still subject to DHT.

Indeed, in the case of a hair transplant, the implanted hairs are not not subject to AAG because they are not sensitive to the DHT hormone responsible for hormonal hair loss. On the other hand, the old hair continue to be influenced by DHTTherefore, it is essential to continue treatment for AGG to prevent the old hairs from continuing to fall out, and that the the result of the transplant may be less harmonious.

Dosage: Start the post-transplant protocol 1 month after the transplant, when the scalp has healed.

■ Anti-hair loss shampoo (200 mL - 2 months of use) : use 2-3 times per week.

■ Serum (20 mL - 1 month supply) Apply the serum 2 to 3 times a week to both grafted and non-grafted areas. Do not rinse.

■ DHT Blocker (180 capsules - 3 months of use) : 2 capsules/day for 3 months, at mealtimes.
