Postpartum & Hair Loss: My Story
Did you give birth a while ago and your hair is falling out in droves or your baby hair isn't growing back? This is what happened to me too. I suffered enormously from it, and aside from dietary supplements, few dedicated protocols were offered.

Why is it absolutely necessary to treat postpartum hair loss?
After giving birth, hormonal upheaval (drop in estrogen), fatigue and stress cause a large part of the hair to abruptly move from the growth phase (anagen) to the shedding phase (telogen): this is called acute telogen effluvium.
So yes, hair loss after childbirth is normal. But just because it's normal doesn't mean you shouldn't do anything! The risk is that you'll experience chronic hair loss, and your hair will thin out without ever regaining its previous fullness. This is called miniaturization phenomenon.
Result: less mass, loss of volume, wider parting, more visible scalp...
And that's not inevitable!
My Solution to Postpartum Hair Loss
Here's what I changed, starting the first day after giving birth (well, maybe the tenth day...). It doesn't matter, choose the moment you feel ready!
1) Start a course of supplements
