Can I use one of the treatments while pregnant or breastfeeding?

The Anti Hair Loss Cure is ideal for pregnant or breastfeeding women because it does not contain essential oils.

 

 

How long do I have to follow the treatment?

To guarantee the effectiveness of our monthly treatments, it is essential to make your masks continuously throughout the month, once a week. We recommend that you renew your treatment for at least 3 months for visible and optimal results. The ideal is to integrate our treatments into your natural hair routine by alternating them according to your different needs.

 

 

How does the subscription work?

Our subscription aims to make it easier for you to renew your cures throughout the year.

Choose your delivery frequency, select the treatment to renew or the product refills you need and have your hair essentials delivered regularly and free directly to your home.

Modifiable and cancelable whenever you want, our subscription allows you to integrate into an eco-responsible natural hair routine.

 

What does a Pack contain? 

4 sachets of hair powders to rehydrate with water. One sachet = 1 mask. Please note that it does not contain the pot and the brush. (To be purchased separately in the accessory pack) 

 

Can I use the shampoo while pregnant or breastfeeding? 

Yes quite. Our shampoo is very gentle and does not contain any controversial or prohibited ingredients for pregnant or breastfeeding women.

 

Is the shampoo suitable for children under 3 years old?

Even though our shampoo is very gentle and natural, we have not yet carried out the specific studies necessary to authorize its use for children under 3 years old. 

 

How long does the bottle last? 

The duration of use of the bottle is approximately 3 months, with two shampoos per week. Once the bottle is empty, it is possible to refill it using our eco-refills with the same duration of use.

 

Is this shampoo suitable for colored hair?C

Yes, it is suitable for chemically and naturally colored hair. Enriched with olive oil, it helps protect color and prolong shine.

 

Is it normal for my hair to quickly become oily again after shampooing? 

Yes, if your hair quickly becomes oily again, it means that you are in a hair transition period or that you are applying too much shampoo. In this case, we advise you to combine it with the CCG Detox treatment before each shampoo. 

 

Can I use this balm while pregnant or breastfeeding? 

Yes quite. Our balm does not contain any controversial or prohibited ingredients for pregnant or breastfeeding women.

 

Is the balm suitable for children under 3 years old? 

Even if our balm remains natural, we have not yet carried out the specific studies necessary to authorize its use for children under 3 years old. 

 

How long does the bottle of detangling balm last?

The duration of use of the bottle is approximately 3 months. Once the bottle is empty, it is possible to refill it using our 500ml eco-refills, allowing the 2ml bottle to be refilled twice, while saving 250% compared to the initial bottle.

 

Is this balm suitable for colored hair ? 

Yes, it is suitable for chemically and naturally colored hair. Enriched with argan oil and shea butter, it helps protect color and prolong shine.

 

Is this balm suitable for curly or frizzy hair? 

Yes, this balm is particularly suitable for these hair types. It defines curls and intensely nourishes hair. We advise you to use it as a leave-in treatment in this case.

 

Can the treatment cap be machine washed? 

Yes, it can be machine washed at 30° or simply by hand with a little warm soapy water.

 

How many times can I use the treatment cap? 

This durable hat can be used for life.

 

Is the care cap made in France?

Yes, our hats are hand sewn by the founder of Chloe et Leon in Rodez, in the South of France.

 

Can I use the flat wooden bristle brush on wet hair?

Since hair is more fragile when wet, it is best to use a wooden comb on wet hair. However, the bristles of the brush being made of wood, it remains the 2nd alternative (after the wooden comb) to be preferred.

 

Is the flat wooden bristle brush recommended for straight hair?

If your hair is fine and straight, you can use it but it is not the most suitable solution for your hair. We recommend the boar bristle brush instead. 

 

Is the flat wooden pin brush anti-static?

Yes, the pins are made of wood and do not burden the hair. If your hair is flying, it may be due to another cause: your shampoo, your clothes, etc.

 

Can I use the wooden detangling comb on wet hair?  

The answer is YES and be sure to only comb your wet hair with a wooden comb, as hair is more fragile when wet, this is the gentlest method for it. In addition, the comb is oiled and allows use on dry, damp or wet hair.

 

Is the wooden detangling comb recommended for straight hair? 

If your hair is fine and straight, you can use it but it is not the most suitable solution for your hair. We recommend the boar bristle brush instead. 

 

Is the wooden comb anti-static? 

Yes, it does not burden the hair. If your hair is flying, it may be due to another cause: your shampoo, your clothes, etc.

 

Can I use the boar bristle wooden brush on wet hair?

Since hair is more fragile when wet, it is best to use a wooden comb on wet hair. 

 

Is the boar bristle wooden brush recommended for straight hair?

Yes ! This is the brush you need par excellence for fine and/or straight hair. 

 

Is the boar bristle wooden brush recommended for curly/afro hair?

Boar bristles are particularly effective on straight or wavy hair. Nothing prevents you from using it on curly hair, in the evening, once it is already detangled to distribute the sebum. But, for curly hair, we recommend a wooden comb or a wooden bristle brush.
