How to subscribe?

For the majority of our products, you have the option to subscribe and receive your products every month with a discount and free delivery. 

Is delivery free for any product as long as you subscribe?

Yes, delivery is free in mainland France regardless of the amount or number of products you subscribe to with the code: ABO to be inserted before payment! Please note cannot be combined with other discounts

I don't know how long your products last, I'm afraid of receiving them too often compared to my needs...

Don't panic, your subscription is completely flexible and the average usage times are notified in each product sheet. For cures, it all depends on the refills you opt for. The shampoo and balm last for approximately 3 months, using 2 shampoos per week. You can also change your delivery frequency at any time and from your account (tutorial here) or simply push back your next shipping date. You can also temporarily suspend your next scheduled delivery (very practical if you don't want to receive a package at home during your vacation). To do this, go to your MakeMyMask account, in the “Manage my subscriptions” section directly from your subscription confirmation email by clicking on “Manage my subscriptions”.

Can I add additional products on top of my recurring order during my scheduled delivery and only receive them once?

Yes, that’s the little extra of the subscription! You can directly from your account add one or more products to your next scheduled delivery on an ad hoc basis (= without subscribing). You can take the opportunity to test something new, give a gift to one of your loved ones or simply treat yourself by treating yourself to a kit! To do this, simply modify your next delivery and add the desired product/kit occasionally in the “add once” section. The product is directly added to your next order and you will be charged at the same time as the subscription charge (at the time of subscription renewal). Tutorial here

When is the sample taken?

Your bank card will be debited on the date your order is prepared. The good news is that you will receive an email to remind you of the shipping date of your next scheduled delivery 3 days before. If you want to change your card or if your current credit card is no longer valid, you can modify it directly from your account.

How can I manage, modify, suspend or cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can manage your subscription as you wish by logging into your account (on MakeMyMask.com). In particular, you can:
- change your delivery frequency (if you have the impression of not receiving subscription products enough or too often) Tutorial here
- occasionally add products to your next delivery without subscribing, for example, by adding a new item or an accessory Tutorial here
- add a promotional code to benefit from the offer on your next scheduled delivery Tu here

- suspend the delivery of your subscription products during your vacation, etc. Tutorial here
- cancel your subscription (you can resubscribe at any time). Tutorial here

Can I benefit from your promotional offers as a subscriber?

Yes, you can take advantage of a promotional/discount code by adding it directly from your account to be able to benefit from it on your next scheduled delivery! Tutorial here

Will I be notified each time my package is shipped?

Yes, you will receive an email to remind you of the shipping date of your next scheduled delivery. This email will be sent to you 3 days before the order corresponding to your subscription is automatically taken. Thanks to this, you will be able to cancel the shipment or add products occasionally (= without subscribing) to your order. Without modification on your part, your order will be identical to that of the previous scheduled delivery. And if your changes take place after preparation, they will be applied to the next delivery.
Finally, you will be able to track your package by sending your tracking number by email.
