Delivery is ensured by the carrier Colissimo. To guarantee the delivery of your packages, we favor home delivery. Delivery to a relay point is also available.
We offer you delivery costs from 40€ of purchase for all your orders. We also offer monthly delivery for subscription products.

Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at the email address below and provide details of the product and the defect with a photograph, your order number, and your contact details. We will cover the shipping costs associated with replacing your product.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, send us an email to client@makemymask.com with a photograph, your order number and your contact details.
