Why do hairs turn white?

The appearance of gray hair , and hair aging in general , is due to oxidative damage to melanocytes (which produce melanin, the hair pigment) caused by free radicals. It is therefore essential to protect the hair fiber from oxidation to limit this premature aging.

How are MakeMyMask's anti-aging treatments different?

MakeMyMask's anti-aging treatments work in several stages, starting from the root, to combat hair aging:

⯀ Active Anti-Aging Scrub : limits the appearance of new gray hairs (2 months - approximately 8 uses)

Dosage : on dry hair, apply the product to the entire scalp (section by section if long hair), massage to exfoliate, leave on for 15 minutes, rinse then shampoo.

⯀ Tricho-Méla+ pH5 Anti-Aging Shampoo : contains antioxidant active ingredients and cares for the scalp microbiome (200 mL - 2 months of use)

Dosage : do two shampoos with each wash for more effective cleaning.

⯀ Natural Conditioner : detangles, protects and improves the condition of the hair fiber (180 mL - 2 months of use)

Directions : Apply to towel-dried hair, leave on for 5 minutes and rinse. As a pre-shampoo treatment, leave on dry hair for at least 20 minutes, then wash as usual.
