I've been using it twice a week before shampooing for over a year. The routine is very effective, but you mustn't stop using it.
I was able to follow this protocol for several weeks. Thyroid problems and menopause had severely damaged my scalp, and I was losing my hair. After the first two uses, everything went back to normal; there was no more hair loss, or very little, and hair was growing back. It's just fantastic!
Since I started using your products and the complete psoriasis protocol, I've regained my smile. I hardly have any more itching, the plaques on my scalp are gone, and my hair is more beautiful. Before, it was frizzy; now it's curly. It's never looked so good. Thank you.

The product ranges are excellent. The new formula scrubs are definitely better than the previous ones, even though I was skeptical at first. There's also been a significant improvement in delivery, which is extremely appreciated.
The only product I'm not a fan of is the conditioner, which doesn't moisturize the lengths, even for my fine hair.
I really like the scent and the texture. I haven't used it long enough to see a huge difference yet. But I can already feel, thanks to the scrub from the same range and the shampoo for dry and brittle hair, that my hair is light and very soft, and that the routine is doing it good. I discovered the brand thanks to Choose. And I'll definitely reorder once I've finished my current products. The scrub is a must-have. I really love this brand!
I never write reviews for products I try, but this change is so impressive that I wanted to share it. I've suffered from scalp psoriasis for about ten years… I've tried everything: dermatological products, pharmacy products, organic, non-organic, home remedies… Nothing worked… my scalp was completely out of whack, raw, painful, and covered in plaques… a disaster. I decided to try Make My Masque products without really believing it would work, but after two weeks: total change!!!
